  • Executed over twenty mortgages and refinances with a value of over $10M in value per month.

  • Compiled sensitive information and necessary documentation, (title, appraisal, EOI, VOM, etc.) by effectively communicating with loan officers, borrowers, and other third parties.

  • Maintained data across multiple platforms (LendingPad, LOS, BNTouch, Broker Plus, Google Workspace) to guarantee that all parties involved were kept up to date about their mortgage or refinance at all times.

Audio Engineer @ Abiding Hope Church Littleton, CO. May 2022 – October 2024

  • Executed the setup and break down of microphones and instruments before and after services.

  • Conducted a soundcheck to establish the proper blending of various instruments including piano, keyboard, guitar, bass, drums, and 10+ vocalists in a single session in a timely manner.

  • Assisted professional artist Bill Adams in creating large-scale staged photographs involving complex sets and various media, including photography, painting, and sculpture.

  • Applied learned advanced photographic skills, including complex view camera techniques, strobe lighting techniques, and expanded upon my knowledge of digital imaging software such as Adobe Photoshop and Lightroom.

  • Contributed to studio tasks such as setting up lighting systems, building stage props, and operating large view cameras for 4x5” and 8x10” negatives, while gaining insights into translating theoretical and philosophical ideas into visual form.

  • Responsible for the set-up and break-down of a Fujifilm FP563S CAL C-41 film developer, a Fujifilm Frontier LP5700R Digital Minilab printer, a Fujifilm SP 3000 film scanner, and a SureColor P6000 Epson printer on a daily basis by conducting necessary chemical tests and documenting the corresponding data accordingly.

  • Ensured the proper preparation and development of analog film through the film developer and the proper printing procedure once images were scanned into the computer.
